411 Review - Lorac Dazzling Dozen Eye Shadow Collection

Alas, Lorac you have done it again.  With the holidays quickly approaching, I knew it was only a matter of time before you came up with something new I'd adore.  It's great to see that you always live up to my expectations.  Beauty aficionados I present to you the Lorac Dazzling Dozen Eye Shadow Collection....

These are the things that can really get you in trouble. Lorac and Ulta have come together to bring you another exclusive set for your shopping pleasure.  This newly released collection of eye shadows is limited edition. Below are the color swatches of each.

Note:  Swatches are not in the same order as what's pictured above.

First row (Gleam, Au Naturel and Shimmer). The first photo contains swatches with primer; 2nd photo without.

Second row (Bronze, Serenity and Mango). The first photo contains swatches with primer; 2nd photo without.

Third row (Celebutante, Smokin and Luxury). The first photo contains swatches with primer; 2nd photo without.

Fourth row (Sapphire, Starlight and Dazzle). The first photo contains swatches with primer; 2nd photo without.

Because of my skin pigmentation, some of the lighter colors are showing lighter than they actually are. Specifically the following:

Bronze - Deep copper color
Serenity -  Brown bronze color
Mango -  More of a peachy-pink color

This set is a great value.  The shadows though sometimes can have a little fallout, they blend well and you can easily intensify any look with ease. The only downside, not having the ability to depot the shadows for a ZPallete.  Therefore, these shadows can be cumbersome to travel with.  If anyone knows of a way to depot these shadows please share!!

That's all for me....below I posted a pic of a look I created from these shadows.  Have a wonderful week and as always.....Happy Shopping!!!!

This look: Celebutante on the lid, Bronze in the crease, Au Natural as the highlight on the brown and inner corner and Starlight in the outer corner.

Please excuse the redness in my eyes and my unplucked brows :(  It was a Sunday and I put this on just to show the look of the shadows.
