Welcome to another update of Ulta's 21 Days of Beauty Steals. I'm a little late posting this, my apologies. It's frankly just been one of those days. So much going on at once. However, there was nothing keeping me from giving you gems the latest and greatest on beauty bargains.
Today's featured steals are from Napoleon Perdis and Murad. Both the Napoleon Perdis China Doll & Neo Noir Eyeliners are 50% off (regular price $22-25). The China Doll Eyeliner is fabulous. It's an amazing gel liner that applies smoothly and last a very long time. This liner is very easy to blend out for a more smokey look. You have 5 colors to choose from: Equinox, Silver, Heaven, Earth and Cooper.
If you're more of a pen liquid liner gem, then you should also try out the Neo Noir Eyeliner. This is a waterproof liner. I've had a chance to try out this particular liner. However, the online reviews seem to give it an A-B+ rating.
